We collect only the minimum data required to provide a high-performance service:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication metadata provided during sign-up.
• Billing Data: Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Voice Profiles: Tone, style, and identity preferences you explicitly configure to calibrate the AI engine.
• Usage Metrics: Aggregate, non-identifying telemetry (e.g., number of replies generated) to monitor system health and prevent abuse.

3. The Zero-Persistence Model

Unlike traditional social media tools, Reply Monk does not build a permanent database of your digital footprints:

• No Content Logging: We do not store the text of the posts you view or the replies you generate once the session ends.
• No Credential Storage: We never ask for or store your social platform passwords. All interaction happens via your active browser session.
• Client-Side Processing: Where possible, data is processed locally or in transient memory and purged immediately after the generation is complete.

We utilize trusted third-party providers to power specific engine capabilities:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-compliant).
• AI Infrastructure: Enterprise-grade LLM providers. Data sent to these providers is used for real-time generation only and is not used to train public foundation models.
