By accessing or using Reply Monk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. The Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

Reply Monk is an AI-powered assistant designed to augment human interaction, not replace it. You explicitly agree to manually review, edit, and approve every reply generated by the Service before posting it to any platform. Using external automation, scripts, or bots to auto-post content generated by Reply Monk is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

Important: Autonomous background spamming or auto-clicking is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) or as a one-time lifetime license. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel recurring plans at any time via your dashboard settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Monk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
